Meditational Hatha Yoga sessions helps one ease body pain and suffering due to incorrect postures. This session is a prerequisite for people who are suffering from Attention disorders, unfounded panic, stiff body and breathing problems. The exercises are simple Yoga postures with a special meditation session. All these sessions happen virtually from the comfort of your home with a live instructor. (If someone has any pre – medical condition related to heart or any other body organ, they must take permission from their doctor before attending this session.)
